Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each eligible player may register one (1) account only on jayan9. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

During registration, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a working email address, and a secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jayan9 will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or any other communication channel. Account Security

You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect your account from unauthorised access. jayan9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jayan9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Deposits

Withdrawals

Upon termination of your account for cause, jayan9 reserves the right to retain any real-money balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, outstanding real-money balances will be returned to the player's nominated payment method within the standard processing period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jayan9's support team at [email protected] for resolution. jayan9 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
